We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. You will be crucial in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention for our B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing, be data-savvy, and be proficient in using outreach platforms such as Outreach, Seamless, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Create and manage email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
2. Content Curation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather content and information for emails.
- Evaluate content provided by the team to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance.
3. Data Management and CRM Integration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, outreach efforts, and prospect interactions to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Keep sales and prospect data up to date, including Total Addressable Market (TAM) details, company records, individual contacts, and key decision-makers.
- Drive automation and workflow efficiency within the CRM to streamline sales operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance team productivity.
4. Data Analysis and Manipulation
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data, both for campaign development and monitoring purposes.
5. Audience Segmentation:
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists effectively.
- Personalize email content to cater to different audience segments.
6. Outreach Platform Management:
- Proficiently use Outreach as the primary platform for email outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with Seamless, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator for lead generation and research.
7. A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
- Analyze test results and implement improvements.
8. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
10. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports showcasing the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.
- Track key performance metrics and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Outreach, Seamless, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable insights.
- Advanced English level.
- A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

As the Creative Content Capability Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the identity of this key Capability. Content is at the core of all we do for our clients, and it’s a crucial area to develop within JumpSeat.
Role Summary:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with JumpSeat’s Leadership Team, Account Leaders, and internal stakeholders, with a clear focus on defining what good creative content is. You will not only set the creative vision but also oversee content deliverables, as well as execute diverse and compelling copy (with the support of an extensive network of freelancers) for key projects. You will align it with our clients’ and JumpSeat’s overall marketing goals and ensure that we effectively transmit complex B2B concepts to our clients’ and JumpSeat’s audiences. This role combines strategy and execution and offers the opportunity to significantly impact our creative strategy moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Leadership team to elevate the Creative Content Capability by setting the standard and vision for high-quality content at JumpSeat. This includes diverse forms of copy and content. You will oversee content creation and be the final approver.
- Help define the Capability Talent Strategy by identifying gaps, providing hiring recommendations, and giving feedback about our existing in-house and external copy talent.
- Create creative copy pieces that align with the company’s marketing goals, considering industry concepts, audiences, market trends, and competitors. You will curate and select the most strategic and compelling projects and choose freelance partners for projects we can’t manage internally.
- Lead the Creative Content Capability by building processes that help JumpSeat scale the area, establishing best practices that foster efficient collaboration between team members and freelancers.
- Collaborate with Account Leads in managing our existing copy freelancing network by sharing creative briefs, providing feedback, and setting expectations with external collaborators.
- Partner with internal team members and freelancers, fostering an environment of collaboration by sharing and adopting feedback constructively.
- Collaborate with other creative team members to develop and shape the Creative workgroup.

We are searching for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies, exceptional client engagement skills, and the desire to build something unique at a growing firm. As the leader of the Performance Marketing Team at JumpSeat, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the area and building and executing diverse performance marketing programs while working closely with clients and JumpSeat’s internal team.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage both strategy and execution, and who has the desire to elevate others while delivering exceptional results in a fast-growing organization.
What this role involves:
Performance Marketing:
You’ll develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for clients across various digital channels, such as PPC, SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, cold email marketing, and other paid media platforms.
Campaign Management: You’ll plan, launch, and optimize online marketing campaigns to meet client objectives, ensuring ROI and performance targets are achieved and exceeded.
Data Analysis and Insights: You’ll analyze campaign performance data using various tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
Budget Management: You’ll manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best possible results within clients’ budget constraints.
Ad Copy and Creative Development: You’ll collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Testing and Experimentation: You’ll conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments, and implement data-driven improvements.
Client Engagement:
You’ll serve as a primary point of contact in all matters related to performance marketing for key clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique goals and challenges.
You’ll collaborate closely with clients to translate their marketing objectives into performance marketing strategies that align with their growth goals.
Talent Strategy and Collaboration:
You’ll drive the agency’s talent strategy by identifying skill gaps, hiring needs, and development opportunities for the performance marketing team.
You’ll recruit, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing professionals, both internal and freelance.
You’ll foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and skill development.
Strategic Insight:
You’ll stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Collaboration:
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the performance marketing team’s work aligns with broader company goals and client objectives.
What we are looking for in you:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
You have ~7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
You have a proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.
You are proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
