Global Rebrand Through Crisis
ConvergeOne is a $2B global technology consulting firm. When President Omar Bhatti and Jeffrey Russell took the helm, both veterans of firms like Accenture, the company was navigating one of the most significant moments in its history. A global rebrand, an organization in need of direction, and the real pressure of looming bankruptcy.
Two agencies were already on the roster. A rebrand had already launched. And it had already fallen flat with the ELT.
JumpSeat was brought in to redo the work. Not iterate on it. Redo it.
The mandate was to give the company a clear identity, a rallying story, and a brand the organization could actually get behind. Faster and more cost-effective than what came before.
The ConvergeOne rebrand required something harder than creativity. It required conviction.
Most rebrands happen from a position of strength. A company growing into a new chapter. A firm ready to claim its place in the market.
ConvergeOne didn’t have that luxury. The work had to do something harder: give a company under real financial pressure a reason to believe in itself again.
Give thousands of employees across dozens of solutions and service lines a single story they could all carry. And do it faster and better than two established agencies had already tried and failed.
JumpSeat started where it always starts. Not with creativity, but with conviction. Before a single headline was written or a visual direction explored, the team went in search of the truth at the center of what ConvergeOne actually was. Not what it sold. What it stood for.

The answer was already there.
C1 had spent over a decade building cloud infrastructure, securing networks, connecting contact centers, and modernizing applications for more than 10,000 customers. They weren’t just a technology firm. They were the company that made technology feel like something. That turned complexity into connection and investment into impact.
The work needed to surface the story C1 had already earned and put it on a billboard.
Three words became the spine of the entire business: Build. Secure. Connect. Simple enough to navigate a $2B portfolio. Memorable enough to give every employee, seller, and customer a map. Powerful enough to anchor a full brand turnaround.
From there, JumpSeat built outward with momentum. Create the Unforgettable became the rallying cry. A declaration that ConvergeOne wasn’t just implementing technology, it was creating experiences that changed everything for customers, colleagues, and communities. C1 Conversations launched with the energy of a product reveal: The Wait Is Over. C1 Build went to market bold: We Won’t Promise You the Moon. But We’ll Build You the Rocketship. Security found itsvoice: Security Is the Strategy. Customer Experience made its case: Feel the Power of Connection.
Every headline was built to do double duty. To move a prospect and to give an employee something to believe in. Because at a company fighting its way back, culture and market position aren’t separate problems. They’re the same problem.
Over more than two dozen workstreams across eight months, JumpSeat delivered solution refreshes, SKO content, executive presentations, homepage, hype videos, product launches, and a full brand system, operating not as a vendor but as the creative engine of the turnaround. Moving fast. Building bold. Leaving nothing on the table.
The result was a rallying point. Unstoppable. Unwavering. Uncompromising. Three words that didn’t describe what C1 did. They described who C1 was again.
JumpSeat came in, redid the work, and moved faster, more creatively, and more cost-ffectively than both agencies combined. We gave ConvergeOne its identity back and gave thousands of people across the organization something to rally behind.
