We’re a uniquely positioned agency // advisory hybrid that works alongside B2B revenue-generating teams in the US. We support a wide array of business focus areas including sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, operations, and enablement.

As a hybrid agency, our primary focus is two-fold:

  1. Upskill our clients for long-term success in their vertical
  2. Plan & execute sales and marketing campaigns alongside them

Our team has an immediate opening for an Account Director to lead several of our clients across a diverse set of B2B industries, including SaaS, manufacturing, and transportation.

You will become a trusted advisor to our clients with the full force of the JumpSeat team behind you. As the key point of client contact, you can expect to lead campaign strategy and execution, improve or introduce performance marketing initiatives, and lead client workshops. In addition to the JumpSeat team, you’ll be supported by a trusted network of creative professionals, copywriters, SEM experts, development, and other vetted freelancers.

One thing is for sure, no two days in this role will be alike.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Build and grow strong relationships with clients
  • Analyze and present results across all campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, organic, and guerilla marketing
  • Deliver weekly/biweekly presentations to client stakeholders
  • Advise, support, and guide clients through strategic project plans to grow their bottom line
  • Provide updates on KPIs and deliverables in weekly progress meetings
  • Execute all campaigns, tactics, and initiatives in B2B sales and marketing
  • Lead & facilitate workshops for groups ranging in size from 2 to 10+

We’re looking for someone with the following skillset:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organization
  • Desire to work closely in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Expertise with technology such as CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce), sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, analytics tools, and other marketing and sales platforms
  • Ability to efficiently analyze high volumes of data and advise executive stakeholders on key actions to take
  • Ability to think creatively in developing content and messaging for campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Role Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of experience within an agency or client-side in a B2B, SaaS, or high-tech marketing role; Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business development, strategic communications, or a related field preferred.

This role will be predominately remote with limited client travel throughout the year.
